Hi everyone!

I’m Emma and I’m the salon manager at Serenity Loves!

I’ve been at Serenity Loves since June 2012, as well as learning so much along the way, I’ve loved every minute of it!

Since being at Serenity I have completed numerous courses within hair & have then moved on to training our apprentices in salon along with our senior team!

I’ve also completed my management & team leading NVQ’s to ensure I’m giving my team the best type of support I can!

My favourite part of the job has to be getting to work within a team that has become like a family to me, and getting to build relationships with all of our fantastic clients over the years!
Many who I now get to call friends too.

At Serenity Loves, one of the main things I like to ensure all our team are doing at work, as well as constant learning & training & giving the best customer service to all of our clients of course, is having fun!

We are a family friendly salon & want to make everyone who walks through our door feel as comfortable as possible whilst having a lovely time!

Outside of work, I enjoy a very family/friends related lifestyle, quality time with my partner & lots of socialising…not forgetting some amazing holidays!

I look forward to seeing you all in salon soon, regardless if you are a new or existing client.
