The consumer is responsible for any returned goods until their reach our shop. The cost of the return will be at consumer’s expense and we highly recommend that the consumer gets proof of postage and uses a ‘Recorded Signed’ service. Until we receive the product in salon and inspect it we cannot issue a refund/exchange.
All customers should contact us via email email@example.com after sending their product back to us with products details, clients contact details and tracking details, so we can expect the package in salon and can process the refund/exchange to the right person.
Our team will inspect the product and the packaging to ensure that it is still in its original condition and only then will a refund/exchange or replacement be agreed and processed. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of receipt of the returned products.
