Returns Policy

CONSUMER RIGHTS
 
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in our Terms and Conditions will affect these legal rights or any of your other rights, including under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

 

All products purchased from Serenity Loves LTD may be returned for refund, exchange or replacement within 14 working days from receipt of delivery. Any product must be returned in its original condition and the original packaging undamaged, unopened, sealed and unused. 

The consumer is responsible for any returned goods until their reach our shop. The cost of the return will be at consumer’s expense and we highly recommend that the consumer gets proof of postage and uses a ‘Recorded Signed’ service. Until we receive the product in salon and inspect it we cannot issue a refund/exchange.

All customers should contact us via email info@serenityloves.co.uk after sending their product back to us with products details, clients contact details and tracking details, so we can expect the package in salon and can process the refund/exchange to the right person. 

Our team will inspect the product and the packaging to ensure that it is still in its original condition and only then will a refund/exchange or replacement be agreed and processed. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of receipt of the returned products.

Faulty Items

If your GHD electrical item is faulty, it is both more effective and efficient for you to return the product directly to GHD. Please fill in their returns form here: https://www.ghdhair.com/help/returns in order to return it to ghd for repair or replacement.
