My name is Caitlin, I’m a stylist here at Serenity loves and have been working here since April 2022! I started my journey here as a level 2 hair apprentice and have been working my way up ever since!

Hairdressing has allowed me to show off the creative side of my personality while also allowing me to be myself and make people feel like the best version of themselves. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the impact I can have on people who put their trust in me with something so personal like their hair.

I started my hairdressing career in September 2020, which, being the year of lockdown, didn’t make it easy! I was so determined to keep going, as my passion for my career is so much stronger than any lockdown!

I was an apprentice right from the start, but I went to Stamford College alongside this. A few months after joining Serenity Loves, I completed my NVQ Level 2, making me a qualified hairdresser!

I have worked my way from a junior stylist to a graduate stylist to currently being a stylist. I chose to complete a level 3 hairdressing apprenticeship to extend my knowledge and qualifications ever further!

I’m forever grateful for the opportunities and support that have enabled me to grow as a stylist and as a person here within Serenity Loves.
